Visual Landmarks-  the last mile
You see the two large stacks of the power plant on your right side as you come down E. Railroad Ave. Get ready to bear hard left at the bottom of the hill. This is now Beach Road. Go .7 mile and you will se the sign for Haverstraw Marina entrance. Your GPS will tell you 'you have arrived'

...but read on...there is a little bit more to get to the dock...

Continue past the main entrance for about .2 miles to the Marina North Basin. Look for a CREAM COLOR GIANT CONVEYOR BELT. Just past the conveyor belt turn right into the Haverstraw Marina North Basin. Park to the right. Look for a maroon color canopy and picnic tables. I will be there with my cell phone turned on.
What to Bring-

sunscreen, sunglasses
hat

What to wear-
sneakers, soft sole shoes that will grip on a deck, boat shoes
coat, rain coat just in case.
jacket if it looks cool.

Food-
Bring a sandwich, snack and a drink
